Achievement Level: 500

Two Years, 500 Posts

 

I applaud myself on this achievement 😜

Did I ever think I would actually complete 500 writing projects/assignments while trying desperately and agonizingly to complete my one or two sentences for a Wordly Wise school assignment?

No 😏

So, it has been around two years give or take a few days, and I have been thinking a fair bit about what I would do when this two year mark came.

I have decided to (try to) write less about what I may have eaten or how much I may have napped and stop wasting your and my time, with such meaningless dribble 😏

I won’t stop writing completely because I have actually really enjoyed keeping this blog and I know it will be awesome to look back on. 

I hope you have all enjoyed it up to this point as well 😊

As I said I won’t stop totally and I will still be posting, the genre may just shift slightly or the posts be a tad less frequent.

Or maybe just as frequent, but a broader range of topics?

More Jem Moments, less every day moments?

I don’t really know, but as I have said before, though hardly any of you seem to have read it, (😏) tell me what YOU want or think!

I know a few of you did make suggestions and I thank you very much, they were greatly appreciated, as feed back in comment, or verbal form, is always thrilling 😉

Does the day to day life still interest you in less detailed/more just interesting highlights format?

More recipes?

More DIY?

More ‘life’ topics?

Nothing at all?! 😜🙈

 

 

As I haven’t blogged for monetary reasons, the yearly cost of the blog is funded via my cement creations/art and I thank you all for the support in that area 💕

Hello humans 😊 This is where you learn about me I suppose, though anyone reading this right now most likely knows all the boring details ;) I am Jessica Rose Peters-Hagenouw. (Always thought I'd be able to pronounce my married name but hey, life doesn't go as we plan.) June 11, 1995, tis the day Robert and Bonnie Peters received the most adorable, amazing, wonderful, surprise 3rd child they could have dreamed of. Speaking of being the third child, I have an older brother and an older sister. Both of whom are married and have wee little families of their own, making 'Aunty Jess' another name I go by. I grew up and have lived all of my years up till November 2015 in Saskatchewan, Canada. Making summers that are extremely short and winters that never end, vast open spaces, northern lights, unthinkable amounts of mosquitoes, lakes, forests and people waving to you on the grid road all different things that mean = Home. But Home is not where I'll be for some time. My husband is a Dutchman, living in Europe. Therefore I too have been living in Europe for the last few months. The reason I started this little blog/journal/writing thing, is to document a bit of my "whole new world," for those at home who wont be awake at 3:00 am wanting to hear about how I couldn't find flour at the grocery store. I know how you feel, sometimes you wonder if people are even reading what you’re writing… 🤔😎🤓 I may not comment every post but I do thouroghly enjoy reading your day to day life, Jem Moments, craft projects, home decorating endeavors and all the other tid bits you throw in. As for suggested topics… more recipes, home projects, and lettering are always enjoyed by me!! You’re an awesome creative writer, Wordly Wise paid off 😉

  9. I love the creative diy posts and also have tried a few of the recipes you’ve shared! You have this knack for making food look soooo “mouth wateringly delicious” that I want to make it right away!

Congratulations on your milestone, I think I read almost all 500 of them😁😋 I always liked havjng a sneak peek in your mind and life 🙂 so you don’t need to stop, maybe if you’re tired of your daily life updates, try some ‘life-topics’, I always like reading people’s opinions on certain topics! 😏
