The Arizona Apparel Line

Currently unavailable for purchase

The Arizona line of the Jemstory’s Lifestyle collection!

It may seem like a random place to create designs for but Mike and I both have family and friends from there, so it was a fun path to veer onto ☺️

Unfortunately, I don’t have a physical shirt with the ‘Arizona Sunshine’ design to show yet but I will by the end of the week! Below is a computerized example and it will be similar to this product as well, Ladies Land Of Living Skies T-Shirt .

Both the ‘EXPLORE AZ’ design and the ‘Arizona Sunshine’ design, are available on any of the following shirts. Though the long sleeve shirt and the mens short sleeve, are not unisex sizing, so they will fit larger.

They are $25 US (price includes shipping & handling) for US customers.

If you live in Canada and wish to purchase some of these products, your price is $25 CA but shipping + handling will have to be estimated upon ordering.

You may make your purchase by emailing me your preferred details to Jessica_rose95@live.com or sending me a private message on Instagram ☺️ 📲

Click on the photos to enlarge them and see the measurement details.

These are the options for the long sleeve style.
Sizes XXL, XXXL and XXXL are only available in the forest green and orange colours.

The mens t-shirt options.

The colours available in the ladies t-shirt.

I’ll choose the appropriate printing colour of either very light grey or black printing, depending on the needed contrast with the shirt colour chosen 😁

Once again, I hope you all enjoy wearing these as much as I enjoyed taking the time to create them!

‘Mac’s’ Possession Appearance

December 1st, the day that our second house, officially became ours!

We are so thankful to the Lord for opening up this opportunity for us and those who supported us getting here 💕🏚🛠✔️

Before ‘Mac’ was ours, we actually helped the previous owner get rid of some things, after I got to go through and pick out things I’d like left, if he was no longer interested in owning them 😉👍🏻

Mike took multiple truck boxes and half cabs, full of throw away items to the dump, before I went over and helped fill up another.

Three loads later and the living room and guest room were emptier than before no doubt, but still no where near being empty😬🙈

So, now I will show you what you may have been seeing peeks of on my and my husbands Instagrams…the full ‘Before’ tour 😁

The previous owner of the house, had lived there his whole life, along with his wife, until she became sick and passed away.
Thus leaving him by himself and everything just majorly got away from him.
He has already told us he hopes to see the house once we are done with it, because he believes we will do some big things.
I sure hope so 😉👍🏻

The First Thing You See – An Entryway Makeover

Of our entire houses layout, the entryway is the place I liked least, as the door opens directly to the top of the basement stairs.

At least there is space to both sides and it’s not a door that goes directly into the kitchen… it’s not SO bad 😉

This is how it looked upon purchase.

The large closet area is also beneficial, if not placed a little far back 😜

Apart from the obvious trim, paint and flooring, the front door and side window were also changed.

We wanted a door that allowed some light to come through but still keep the privacy, so this was the chosen specimen.
My eyes literally only come JUST above the lowest window pane on the door so it is still very private, for me 😜

Bathroom Reveal – From Big And Brown To Spa-esque Space

Room reveal number two!

A once large bathroom with very un-wise spacial usage, bad everything, an off centred toilet and oddly small mirror and vanity, transformation awaits you.

As some of you may recall, when we began reno’s in our house, one of the first things done, was shrinking the bathroom.

At one point it had been a bedroom and then the previous owners converted it into an obnoxiously sized bathroom with a little wee vanity 😜 Continue reading “Bathroom Reveal – From Big And Brown To Spa-esque Space”

The Sweet Taste Of Guilt

Saturday Nov 4th –

Snow had fallen throughout the night, so it was a fresh, clean palette that greeted my eyes that morning.

I impatiently waited for a fresh cup of java to brew, so I could gather strength to go into town with Mike, to try to scratch things off the fairly lengthy, ‘needed for house’ list 😏

There was a lot of looking and perusing and also finding out that picking cutting boards, can openers and garlic presses, is much harder than I would at first think…and also, most toasters are ugly 😜

There are limitless options for those items and a vast price range… so how does one even go about picking???

I’m even more grateful now, for the huge amount of kitchen stuff I already have from the shower/wedding presents 😬💕👌🏻

I did find this rug I really like and think it will go in the kitchen.

Wow…

Friday Sept 29th –

After a rude awaking from the husband to start the day off right, (wrong 😒) he and I headed over to our house to begin a day of the large and small tasks that lead us ever closer to completion.

Some days I go there and I’m like, ‘wow it’s so close to being done actually!’ and other days, I look around and think ‘wow… so much still has to be done…’ 😜

And I haven’t even hardly done any of it 🙈💁🏻

We built the second dresser for our bedroom and Mike got that squished into place before starting the preparations for the bedroom for flooring.

I went to work washing out more window sills and then a painting station was set up so that I could start turning our trim, grey.

Mike found us a second hand bed frame from the habitat store, so I also sanded that to have it ready to paint, when I was.

Mike got most of the master bedroom floored and then we ran out of flooring so we headed home for supper.

The bro who was in town, was a champ and picked us up the remaining boxes we would need to finish upstairs the next day.

Or as Michiel has no idea of what the word ‘patience’ means, he finished the whole upstairs, that night 😏
