I loved this order for the fact that the verses were picked out personally but the freedom of design and color was pretty much left up to me and my imagination, after some slight consultation with the buyer 😉

Wednesday April 26th –
Preparing for guests 😁
Well… I kind of was but Mom REALLY was, making a batch of homemade bread and ooey,gooey delicious cinnamon buns 😍🍞
I did contribute by making a raspberry torte ( a previously mentioned all time favourite sweet treat of mine 💕👌🏻) and together we straightened up the place and did what you do before you have people over.
The people?
Our family 😁
My aunt and cousin were stopping by on their road trip back home and the last time I’d seen them was at our wedding!
Before they arrived though, Mom, Becca and I went out for a walk and I’m not sure why I bothered going because Becca arrived with a gift of the icing and sprinkle covered, mini cupcakes I so love and I wasn’t going to be denying myself any of them 💕
I guess the walk may have countered the effects of half a bite 😏😜
The family arrived and with them, the comfortable camaraderie found amongst kin.
Where familiarity and genes run thick and emotions can be portrayed freely… oh and they brought some super delicious veggies from a greenhouse they know about 😜
After a dinner of taco salad and a dessert of that mornings cinnamon buns, everyone visited away the evening before going to bed, sweet tooth’s satisfied and expectant of the next day’s meals and plans 😉🍞🖋 Continue reading “Camaraderie, Carbs And Class”
Sunday Feb 5th –
Mike made us bacon and eggs for breakfast before we headed off to Germany for church.
Once again it was nice to have someone with, to whom I could discuss the differences of the service, big or small and know she too would see them as different and not as silly things not worth mentioning 😜
New faces were introduced and it helped in piecing together our family for Zoe’s future information and then we headed out to get lunch.
To the Greek! 😏
(Where else on a Sunday afternoon Right?!)
Mike ordered take away since we were invited to eat at our cousins house and that’s where we hung out for a little bit of the afternoon.
Once we made it back to the apartment
Zoe and I crashed… until 7 that evening 😬😝
And we mostly only got up because Mike began making noise 😜
We felt pretty drained, as per usual after extensive napping 😋

If you were to ask my family just how much we love coffee we may not have an answer that we deemed sufficient.
If you were to ask us how much coffee we consumed over three weeks, we would have to take time and thorough thought and consideration, while sipping some coffee to help the brain stimulation.
The answer to really how much we drank?

So, I’ve held back from posting this but due to constant harassment from Michiel I shall put it here for you’s to decide 😏
I have many pieces of art done but not so much wall space or desire to hang my own creations and a few of you have asked if some of said art pieces are for sale.
Now they are 😊
Most my daily sketches are done on low quality paper scraps, so they are available at lower cost but thus not boasting of impressive quality or standard sizes.
Customs are available on a higher quality paper and sizes would be more standard then.
